Next to Nowhere is located in the basement beneath News From Nowhere bookshop on Bold Street (map). Access is currently through the door next to the bookshop entrance (on the right in the photo). Ring the doorbell (the small white one to the left of the main buzzer) for admittance.

We are currently only open for specific events and meetings, but in time will be open to the public. The space is available to be booked if you have an event you want to stage.

Our Mailing Lists

We run several email lists for people interested in what we do at Next to Nowhere:

Newsletter - a monthly newsletter giving a quick update on how things are going and what events are coming up. If you don't want to be involved in running the centre, but are interested in what we're doing this is the list for you.

Announcements List - a low traffic list annoucing up coming meetings and proposals to be discussed. If you want to get involved in running the centre, but don't have the time to follow online discussions this is the list for you.

Discussion List - a high traffic list discussing social centre and social forum business between meetings. Summaries of important discussions on this list will be posted to the announcements list. If you have the time to engage in online debate and are heavily involved in the running of the centre, or wish to be, then this is the list for you.
